Role Overview
This apprenticeship will guide you towards a Level 4 in Construction Quantity Surveying, progressing to a Level 6 Degree qualification. You will gain hands-on experience in:
* Contractual and Financial Management: Managing project budgets, supply of works, goods, materials, and risk mitigation.
* Procurement: Assisting with contractor selection and negotiations.
* Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients, including supporting client meetings.
* Teamwork: Learning and contributing actively within a professional team of Quantity Surveyors.

Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades A*-C/9-4) or equivalent qualifications
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
* A passion for learning and a desire to work in a commercial role
* A full UK driving license
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
