You will be responsible for co-ordinating and ensuring effective management of OH performance returns, financial transactions and contracts and you will ensure all business processes are effective, efficient and delivered on time. You will have to produce performance information and data for internal and external customers. You will be responsible to manage admin for OH financial transactions maintaining accurate and audible processes for compliance. One of your duties will be to maintain the contracts, register and act as a co-ordination point for contract requirements and to support ADMIN processes to ensure continuous improvements. You will have to keep represent OH at relevant meetings both internal and external, manage the OH feedback process, provide data as required and to maintain strict confidentiality and good understanding of GDPR. Who we are looking for: English and Maths - educated to QCF Level 3, Level OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level. If you have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), excellent customer service skills and proficient IT skills, including substantial knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, If you have previous experience of working in performance roles and producing performance data and statistics Works well in a team.
