Vehicle Parts Advisor required in Ilminster, Somerset!
1. Multi-Franchise Commercial Main Dealership!
2. £28,000 basic salary
3. Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00
Our client is a well established Commercial dealership and they are looking to hire an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in Ilminster, Somerset.
Duties of Parts Advisor with our Client
4. Delivering exceptional customer service to our customer’s.
5. Establishing customer’s needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis, and recommendations as appropriate.
6. Locating and ordering parts for our very busy sales and service departments.
7. Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department.
8. Liaising and maintaining a working relationship with the suppliers.
9. Receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
10. Communicating relevant promotions and offers to our customer’s.
11. Following warranty parts process.
12. Carrying out weekly parts stock checks.
13. Reporting any stock damages or losses.
14. Follow current procedures for returning parts to all suppliers.

15. Good administration skills.
16. Previous experience with vehicle parts is highly desirable
17. To be able to always provide excellent customer service.
18. Be able to build relationships with clients.
19. Be happy to cold call.
