Protocol Education is on the lookout for psychology graduates with a passion for child development and behaviour to support children with additional needs in mainstream and specialist schools.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
* Putting theory into practice: helping pupils regulate emotions, engage in learning, and build positive relationships
* Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENDCos
* Supporting learning, routines, and social-emotional development across the school day
* Gaining hands-on experience that’s perfect for future careers in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
