Maintenance Operations Manager Essex base with UK travel c£68,000 car allowance Full-time | Permanent Key Skills: Maintenance Operations, Modular, Healthcare, Mobile, Budget Management A global provider of healthcare services and medical facility solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance operations across mobile and modular healthcare facilities. You'll lead the maintenance team, ensure compliance, manage subcontractors, and support clients nationwide. Occasional out-of-hours work required. As Maintenance Operations Manager you will be: Leading and co-ordinating day-to-day and out-of-hours maintenance activities, both planned and reactive Managing and developing a small team comprising Maintenance Manager and the maintenance team Overseeing budgets, reporting, and contractor performance including compliance Delivering preventative and predictive maintenance strategies Liaising with healthcare clients, particularly on the more complex issuesDo you have: Proven experience in managing maintenance activities An in-depth knowledge of NHS/healthcare (i.e. HTMs, HBNs) IOSH qualification Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Good working knowledge of MEP, water systems, medical gases & BMSAs Maintenance Operations Manager for this excellent employer, you will enjoy an excellent range of company benefits in addition to your £68,000 salary and car allowance.
