This position is being offered on a permanent basis for a salary of 33-35k with great benefits & plays a key role in promoting a strong safety culture across operations and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: • Promote a positive safety culture and embed health, safety, and wellbeing into day-to-day operations, supporting ISO 45001 improvements and workforce engagement. • Ensure full legislative compliance through risk assessments, statutory inspections, incident reporting, and contributing to assurance reports and KPIs. • Support safe contractor management and collaborate with Estates and Facilities teams to maintain statutory compliance in line with IWFM best practice. • Deliver or coordinate safety training and awareness campaigns, acting as a key point of contact for safety queries and promoting safe working behaviours. • Assist with incident investigations, emergency planning, and regulatory inspections, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up actions. • Support environmental policy and compliance, promoting safe and sustainable working environments.
