We are seeking a highly seasoned SAP Transformation Leader to drive a major SAP HANA upgrade initiative. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end to end SAP HANA transformation across a large, global, multi disciplinary team
• Guide and mentor a team of 50–80+ experts and leads
• Drive both delivery excellence and growth within the program
• Serve as the primary transformation leader, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
Candidate Profile
• Deep expertise in SAP HANA transformations
• Strong background in global delivery leadership
• Proven experience managing large, distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
