Administrative Co-ordinator- Occupational Health
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven individual to join our existing team as an Administration Co-ordinator within Occupational Health. You will work as a key member of our Occupational Health team in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive Occupational Health service within the Board at a time of growth.
Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Occupational Health team, including general office duties.
* Arrange meeting venues and coordinate diaries for Occupational Health Nurses.
* Arrange and reschedule clinical appointments and maintain/order office supplies.
Qualifications
* Experience of desktop computer systems including software packages.
* Previous NHS administrative experience would be advantageous, although not compulsory, as full training will be provided.
* Excellent organisational skills with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small but busy team while adapting to diverse and variable demands on the service.
