Your Role
The warehouse first line manager has responsibility across multiple warehouses for the day-to-day operational compliance functionality and performance of Teams, which include Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives/Administrators within the Donnington Depot.
Your Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Airworthiness management of Air inventory.
2. All QSHE 1B Checks completed as required for Level 1 Audit activities.
3. Investigate and complete all CCARs as required and within appointed timeframes.
4. Be an Ambassador for Quality and actively participate in continuous quality improvements, including driving changes in quality gates and culture.
5. Undertake WI/SOP process confirmations and ensure subsequent amendments, updates and rewrites to completion as required.
6. Ensuring compliance of the operation to the Quality systems, industry standards and legal requirements.
7. Managing stock integrity.

Your Skills and Experiences
9. Logistics management experience in a large fast moving environment
10. Strong warehouse system experience
11. Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
12. Financial and strategic management experience and commercial awareness
13. Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement
14. Ability to influence, negotiate and deal with conflict successfully
15. A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
16. Experience of working to agreed targets
17. Preferred experience (not essential) of JDA/ Red Prairie systems
18. Ability to work individually or as part of a team
19. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
20. Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
