The Outpatient Department is expanding the phlebotomy service. This exciting new service will run at the new Community Diagnostic Centre at Lloyds Court. We are looking for someone with excellent phlebotomy skills who can work autonomously within the new team and help develop the service in addition to supporting outpatient clinics.
If you do not have an NHS Care certificate, you would start at Band 2 and be supported within the first 6 months to achieve this, at which point you will move to Band 3

* Assist patients with personal care duties such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding, ensuring privacy and dignity.
* Assess patient condition and wellbeing through clinical observations and test results, monitoring for signs of distress and reporting concerns to a senior staff member following escalation protocols.
