Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer to support and maintain critical infrastructure environments within a high-availability utility operation. This role is focused on 2nd Line OT support, system patching, device configuration, maintenance, and operational continuity across industrial IT / OT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd Line support across OT systems and infrastructure
* Deliver regular security patching and firmware updates
* Configure OT assets including servers, HMIs, industrial PCs, and networking devices
* Implement approved configuration changes under strict governance
* Monitor system performance and availability
* Participate in out-of-hours support / on-call rota if required
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in 2nd Line Infrastructure / OT / Industrial IT Support
* Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows desktop, and Active Directory
* Experience with system patching, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint maintenance
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, firewalls)
* Experience working in high-availability / 24x7 environments
* Familiarity with change control and regulated environments
