Your Role and Responsibilities will include:
* Providing vital support to the class teacher to help create a positive and effective learning environment.
* Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and provide extra support where needed.
* Assisting with the management of classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.
* Helping to prepare learning resources and activities.
* Fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom where every child can thrive.
What We Are Looking For:
* Prior experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
* A patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach to supporting pupils.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning (Level 2 or 3) are desirable, but not essential.
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
