About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Site Fitter Operative to join our Contracts Installation Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working on diverse and bespoke architectural, secondary, and structural steelwork projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation of custom architectural and structural fabrications
* Work under the guidance of the Site Operations Manager and Site Supervisor
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
* Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to specification
Types of Projects Youll Work On:
* Feature and access staircases
* Gantries and walkways
* Balustrades and handrails
* Structural steelwork
* Bespoke architectural features
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience working on-site or in a construction environment
* Strong awareness and commitment to health and safety practices
* Valid CSCS card
* Full, clean UK drivers licence
* Reliable team player with a proactive attitude
* Punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* Flexible and adaptable to different project needs and locations
