Business Development Manager | Bridging Finance | UK Wide (Remote)
A fast-growing, well-backed specialist lender is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager as it continues to scale across the UK bridging finance market.
This is a genuine growth opportunity within a lender that has strong momentum, a competitive product range, and a clear appetite to expand its intermediary presence nationally.
The business is well structured internally, with strong credit support and a fast decision-making process — allowing BDMs to focus on what they do best: building relationships and winning business.
The role will involve:
* Developing and managing strong relationships with broker partners
* Driving new bridging finance origination across your network and region
* Managing deals from initial enquiry through to completion
* Working closely with credit and underwriting teams to progress applications
* Expanding the lender’s presence within the intermediary market
