This role is term time, and the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.
As the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classified as part time. The gross annual salary advertised will be reduced based on the part‑time hours.
About the role
As an Education Support Officer in the Specialist Provision Centre at Queen Elizabeth II High School, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with complex needs through tailored learning, personal care, and life skills development. You’ll contribute to individual education plans, assist in mainstream lessons, and take part in enrichment activities that build confidence and independence.
