Part-Time Financial Controller – Manufacturing (3 Days per Week)
Location: Leicester
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to support a manufacturing SME based in Leicester. Our client requires an experienced, commercially minded Financial Controller who can lead the finance function, strengthen financial controls, and provide clear visibility over financial performance. This is a hands-on, value-adding role, working closely with senior management on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly management accounts and reporting
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Cashflow and profit forecasting
* Improving and maintaining financial controls
* Commercial analysis and support to senior stakeholders
* Experienced in assessing and implementing appropriate financial controls
* Experienced excel user including pivots, sumifs and graphs
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller within an SME environment
* Manufacturing experience required
* Strong working knowledge of Xero and Sage 50
* Confident communicator with non-financial stakeholders
* Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE (5+ years)
Details:
* Part-time: 3 days per week
* Rate: £35 per hour
* Location: Leicester onsite
