We are delighted to share that we are now recruiting for a Standard and Audit Analyst on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to join our Product Compliance team at Tesco.
Working within the Tesco Standard & Audit Team, the successful candidate will deliver work streams designed to support and improve our audit programmes through data. They will enhance audit programmes by communicating honestly, openly, and persuasively, taking time to listen.
This role suits someone with experience in creating data visualisation dashboards using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex pivot tables and slicers.
* Provide proactive and reactive in-depth data analysis and reporting using data from technical audit programmes.
* Create insightful visualisations for audit programmes through reporting, analysis, and optimisation.
* Interpret data accurately, compile reports, and provide recommendations to improve the supply chain and support global Technical functions.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and development of the audit programme.
* Develop impactful data visualisations.
* Collaborate with Business Support functions to ensure visualisations are fit for purpose and insightful.
* Test data quality and work with Technology teams to ensure data is productionised and system developments are implemented.
* Gather user feedback and implement necessary changes.
* Present data trends to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate with Audit Service Providers on data management and trends.
* Support Audit Managers in managing audit programmes.
* Schedule technical audits, ensure proper prioritisation, and maintain up-to-date data on systems to facilitate efficient programme operation while supporting category teams during audits.
* Contribute to team activities and foster a positive work environment.
* Perform administrative tasks such as raising PO numbers and managing shadow audit programmes.
* Adhere to our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
Qualifications include:
* Experience in creating data visualisation dashboards in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and slicers.
* Good knowledge of IT packages (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.) and internal systems.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a related science or technology field.
* Industry experience.
