Responsibilities
* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
* Attend sales appointments arranged by the telemarketing partner.
* Self‑generate new leads from a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑focused, high‑energy, high‑reward culture.
* Participate in a world‑class four‑week induction programme.
Candidate Qualifications
* B2B field sales experience.
* Proficiency in a consultative sales process.
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experience generating your own leads.
* Sales experience to SMEs.
* Strong closing ability.
* Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
* Full driving licence.
Compensation & Benefits
* Basic GBP30K to GBP60K in the first year.
* GBP90K OTE uncapped; top earners can reach GBP150K+.
* Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance.

* Commission: 0 to GBP200,000 – 5% commission; £200,000+ – 10% uncapped.
* Quarterly Bonus: achieve 30 deals and GBP325,000 revenue for GBP5,000 bonus.
