About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Financial Planning Administrator to support our financial advisers in delivering high‑quality service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in the client journey, from onboarding through to ongoing portfolio management.
Previous experience or knowledge of financial services would be advantageous but is not essential as training and support will be provided. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to financial planners and advisers.
* Prepare client review packs, reports, and suitability letters.
* Process new business applications, fund switches, and withdrawals.
* Liaise with providers, platforms, and clients to obtain information.
* Ensure compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requirements.
* Manage client correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
* Assist with valuations, illustrations, and product research.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience or knowledge of financial services (e.g. pensions, investments, ISAs) would be advantageous but is not essential as training and support will be provided.
* Qualifications not essential as training and support will be provided.li>
* Willingness to learn.
* Experience in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel etc).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
