The Role Position: Reception Teacher Location: Slough Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate) As our Reception Teacher, you will: Lead a Reception class, providing a rich play-based curriculum. Support children’s early literacy, numeracy, and personal development. Assess learning and ensure progress for all children. Create a classroom culture that is safe, welcoming, and stimulating. What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have experience teaching Reception or EYFS. Understand early years curriculum, assessment, and pedagogy. Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators. Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to inclusion. Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
