The ideal candidate will also have experience in AI and ERP automation, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. UX Design:
o Conduct user research and create user personas to enhance customer experience.
o Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for web and mobile applications.
o Implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.
o Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
2. Digital Marketing:
o Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
o Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
o Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
o Develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
3. Mobile Application Development:
o Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
o Work with frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin.
o Ensure app performance, security, and user experience optimization.
o Integrate mobile applications with back-end services and third-party APIs.
4. AI Experience (Preferred):
o Leverage AI/ML for improving user experience and personalization.
o Implement chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
o Work with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
5. ERP System Automation:
o Develop and automate ERP workflows for seamless business operations.
o Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications.
o Optimize processes through robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
* Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
* Experience with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
* Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and ERP automation (preferred).
* Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with automation tools for ERP systems.
* Certification in UX, Digital Marketing, AI, Full Stack Development, or Mobile Development.
