A leading hotel group in Southampton is seeking a Meetings & Events Assistant to support the M&E team on functions and events around the hotel. Responsibilities include assisting with room setup and providing food and beverage service during corporate events, weddings, and private functions. Previous experience in an operational events role is desirable but training will be provided.
