Description
As Head of HR you will be responsible for;
Deliver people strategy for Business Unit
Support managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
Lead and support the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
Take the lead on employee relations and build good relationships across the business
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
Use HR data to support decision‑making
Support change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
Manage reward, benefits and recognition programmes
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
Available immediately or with short notice
Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
Confident supporting and influencing managers
CIPD L7 or similar Job Offer
Salary c. £70k + car allowance
