As a field sales manager, you will be demonstrating and selling a range of premium brand agricultural machinery to professional farmers and contractors including:
* Tractors
* Tillage equipment
* Trailers from CLAAS, HORSCH, STEWART and GRANGE.
Job responsibilities
* This position will be covering an established sales area with a good existing customer base, which also contains potential for further growth with the right individual.
* The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and IT skills, have a good understanding of and be enthusiastic about modern farming and contracting practices, be self-motivated and present a professional image to the customer.
* A sound product knowledge is required, although ongoing industry-leading training at the CLAAS & HORSCH Academy together with a personal development plan will be put in place for the right candidate.

Your experience and technical skills
You will have:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry
* Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* The ability to be self-motivated, goal-orientated and able to work independently
* Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
