What You Will Be Doing
* Provide professional health and safety advice across a range of sectors
* Conduct regular client visits and develop tailored action plans
* Identify opportunities for additional consultancy and training services
* Ensure all advice is accurate, relevant, and clearly communicated
* Create and deliver bespoke training packages
* Conduct fire risk assessments (subject to qualifications)
* Support clients in developing bespoke H&S documentation (policies, procedures, SSoW, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience
To make sure you can hit the ground running, you will need:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (minimum)
* TechIOSH status, with commitment to progressing toward Chartered
* Previous Health & Safety consultancy or advisory experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and H&S auditing software
* A proactive, articulate approach to work
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
* NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (Level 3) or equivalent (desirable)
* Experience designing and delivering training (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
