You will have a good understanding of BRC/HACCP/IOSH/COSHH, your awareness also of managing a team of hygiene operatives together with current Health & Safety legislation will also be crucial to your success in this strategically key role. You will have to communicate regularly to all levels of the organisation from shop floor through to director level, for the highest standards to be maintained.
