Sales Estimator Enfield Specialty Doors – Enfield, London (predominantly Office-based with occasional site/client visits)

As we continue to grow and improve our service offering, we’re looking for a capable and experienced Sales Estimator to delivery a high volume of quality quotations with the goal of converting these into customer orders.
As a Sales Estimator, you will generate accurate and competitive sales quotes using our in-house cost-plus system. This role requires keen attention to detail to analyse project specifications and schedules. Project Analysis.
Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation to understand customer requirements.
Liaise with customers to gather additional information and clarify project scope as needed.
Identify potential challenges or complexities that may impact project cost and delivery timelines.
Utilise in house software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates for timber fire door projects.
Develop accurate cost models and pricing structures based on project specifications and company pricing guidelines.
Sales Collaboration:
Partner with the sales team to support business development efforts and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and finance departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
You’re an experienced, organised, and customer-focused estimator who thrives on detail and follow-through. Previous experience in the fire door, joinery, or specialist manufacturing industry (preferable)
Have an understanding of compliance and industry standards (fire ratings, acoustic performance, etc.)
Strong Office 365 skills, in particular know how to use Excel.
