Regional Total Facilities Management (TFM) ManagerClient: DEFRAEmployer: ISSLocation: Lowestoft (Regional role with travel across portfolio)ISS is looking for an experienced and driven Regional TFM Manager to lead the delivery of a first-class Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service across the DEFRA account. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for both hard and soft FM services, customer relationships, compliance, financial performance and team leadership across the regional portfolio.The RoleReporting to the Regional Key Account Manager, you will act as the senior operational representative for ISS within the region, ensuring service excellence, value for money and a strong “one team” culture. You will lead and develop a regional IFM team, working closely with DEFRA stakeholders and Arm’s Length Bodies to deliver consistent, resilient and compliant services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the regional delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services in line with contract SLAs and KPIsAct as the primary regional point of contact and escalation for DEFRA stakeholdersBuild trusted, long-term relationships with clients and supply chain partnersManage regional budgets, cost control, WIP, unbilled costs and commercial performanceDrive continuous improvement, service resilience and value-added opportunitiesEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety, statutory and contractual requirementsChampion a strong safety culture and safe systems of workOversee planned and reactive maintenance, asset management and lifecycle planningEnsure accuracy and timely closure of jobs within the CAFM system (Tririga)Lead and develop the regional IFM team, including recruitment, welfare, training and performance managementChair and lead client meetings (including Tier 1 meetings) and manage client complaintsUndertake audits across technical, cleaning and environmental servicesSupport mobilisations, TUPE transfers and change management activitiesMaximise additional revenue and margin improvement opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For2+ years’ management experience delivering integrated facilities services within Government or a similar regulated environmentProven leadership capability with experience managing regional, multi-disciplinary FM teamsStrong technical knowledge of building services, engineering systems and assetsExperience delivering soft FM services (cleaning, environmental, support services)Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance and H&S requirementsCommercially astute with experience managing budgets and contract performanceExcellent stakeholder and client relationship management skillsRelevant FM qualificationIOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)IWFM membership (desirable)Ability to act as an Appointed/Responsible Person where qualified (e.g. LV, Pressure Systems, WaH, Confined Spaces)Why Join ISS?At ISS, we believe in empowering our Placemakers to thrive.
