Client Service Project Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £40,000

About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a creative design and production agency to recruit a Client Service Project Manager to support the delivery of exhibition, event, and interior space projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment, managing projects from inception through to completion while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, managing budgets and programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
* Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget
* Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
* Prepare cost estimates, track project expenditure, and support financial reporting
* Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations
* Coordinate on-site project delivery for exhibitions and events where required
* Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
* Conduct post-project reviews and gather client feedback
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Requirements
* Previous experience in project management within exhibitions, events, interiors, or design & production sectors
* Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong budgeting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Good understanding of design and production processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
* Ability to work under pressure and manage changing project requirements
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Desirable Experience
* Degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or related field
* Experience managing exhibition or event installations
* Previous experience within creative or production agency environments
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and project delivery
