About the Role
My client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic New Logo Sales Professional to join their rapidly growing UK sales team. You will be responsible for driving net-new business across the enterprise (horizontals) and public sectors (Local & Central), focusing selling a highly specialised IT Asset Management (ITAM) & FinOps Consulting offering.
In this role, you will leverage your proven track record in complex enterprise solution sales to secure new relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and close large, high-value deals with C-level executives and senior IT decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to identify, target, and win net-new enterprise and government accounts.
 * Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline, focusing on high-value, strategic opportunities.
 * Engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Heads of ITAM, Procurement Leads, and FinOps leaders across complex enterprise and public sector organisations.
 * Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution mapping, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
 * Collaborate closely with solution consultants, pre-sales engineers, product teams, and marketing to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
 * Maintain a deep understanding of IT Asset Management, FinOps, SaaS optimisation, and cloud cost governance trends to position solutions effectively.
 * Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Experience & Skills
 * 10+ years experience in "Enterprise grade" IT/Software Asset Management, ITOM, ITSM, FinOps or GreenOps software solution or Asset Management services domain.
 * Proven track record of winning strategic new logo business with enterprise organisations and government agencies across the UK.
 * Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments and navigating lengthy procurement cycles.
 * Demonstrable success managing deals in excess of £500k+ and closing multi-year agreements.
 * Strong network of C-level and senior IT decision-maker relationships across UK enterprise and public sector organisations.
 * Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and articulate ROI-driven narratives to senior executives.
 * Self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset, highly motivated to exceed quotas and build a strong personal sales pipeline.
Qualifications
 * Experience selling to UK Enterprise or central and local government and navigating frameworks such as G-Cloud, CCS, and public sector procurement processes.
 * Deep knowledge of FinOps frameworks, SaaS management, cloud cost optimisation, and ITAM governance models.
 * Familiarity with leading platforms such as ServiceNow, Certero, EZO, Snow Software, Flexera, Apptio, Cloud Health, or similar solution environments.
 * Ideally degree educated & solution sales trained

Salary & Package
 * Base Salary: £130,000 – £150,000 (DOE)
 * On-Target Earnings (OTE): £260,000 – £300,000+
