In this role, the successful Engineering Geologist or similar will be responsible for supporting both field and office work across a variety of environmental and geotechnical projects. In addition, you will also be responsible for assisting with both site assessments as well as ground investigations from initial walkover trough to verification. On top of this, you are also expected to contribute to preparation of reports and technical documentation.
The ideal Engineering Geologist or similar will have a background within the Environmental Science/Geology sector, or a related field. In addition, you will have previous working experience in both geotechnical and geo-environmental site work. On top of this, you will also have prior knowledge of writing Phase I Reports, as well as having an understanding of contamination assessment stages. Penultimately, you will have previous experience with both oil and rock logging. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK drivers license.
