Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks for ST Contracting Ltd.
The Commercial Administrator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Commercial office using various Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel. Supporting Managers and Employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Possess the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
Key Tasks
* Assist Administration Manager and work as a member of a cohesive team.
* Process Plot choices on email when Contract Managers advise Plots are ready for tiling.
* Ensure that all Plot choices are correctly priced using the Extras pricing matrix, and entered onto the Extras log.
* Confirm all Customers extras are checked and entered onto the Sage Construct system, for invoicing.
* The filing of Plot choices in the correct Project folder.
* Provide cover for other Admin roles/Customer Care Department as needed.
* Completion of Variation Orders and Contract revisions.
* Creating and maintaining of Company databases - must be proficient in MS Office.
* Creating reports for Directors as required.
