ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

The role is aligned and sits within the Group Finance Team based in Jersey. The role holder will assist the team with accounting tasks for the preparation of monthly and yearly financial management information distributed to the wider business. This is an excellent position for an individual who wants to take their next step, with a structured training and coaching programme, to develop the skills, qualities and experiences to progress in a position within internal finance and develop accounting duties and responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

* Building of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages.
* Assisting with the development of Management Information.
* Analysing and evaluating data to ensure accuracy of Management Information
* Perform various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
* Assisting with the delivery of projects.
* Database maintenance.
* Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions.
* Providing internal support to a global Finance Department.
* Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
* Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
* Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
