Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable, confident, and highly organised all rounder to work closely with one of the founders of Cosy Cosmetics, a fast-growing fragrance brand.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working independently, and being involved in both behind-the-scenes operations and customer service work.
You'll support daily business operations, assist with customer service, help pick and pack orders, and confidently host TikTok Live streams to engage our community and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Founder Support
* Provide day-to-day assistance to one of the founders.
* Help manage tasks, priorities, and general business operations
* Support with admin, organisation, and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Customer Service
* Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
* Resolve order issues in a friendly, professional manner
* Maintain a positive and on-brand customer experience
Order Fulfilment
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Help maintain organised stock and packing areas
* Ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
TikTok Shop Live Streaming (Sunday Evening)
* Host TikTok Live streams confidently
* Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote products
* Represent the brand's cosy, friendly, and approachable vibe
Working Hours
* Monday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
* Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
* Sunday: TikTok Live Stream 6:00pm – 11:00pm
Essential Skills & Qualities
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Confident multitasker with strong time-management skills
* Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging live with customers
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
* Trustworthy and able to handle confidential business matters
* Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail, fulfilment, admin, or social media is desirable but not essential
Training will be provided for systems and live streaming

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
