Location: This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to client sites. Alternatively, you can choose a hybrid arrangement and work from our offices in Oxford or Glasgow, if preferred.
This is a fixed‑term maternity cover role running until July 2027, with a proposed start date of 11th May 2026.
What You’ll Do
* Onboard new clients and ensure an industry‑leading client experience from contract award through initial project delivery.
* Lead and participate in implementation meetings and workshops, including contract initiation meetings, scoping calls, and performance reviews.
* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic client relationships, ensuring services meet or exceed contractual SLAs and KPIs.
* Develop and maintain long‑term strategic client relationships, fully understanding and addressing customer needs.
* Capture and analyse client data using CRM tools to plan and evolve client engagement strategies.
* Obtain and act upon CSAT feedback and lessons learned.
* Provide regular management updates and performance reports for all strategic relationships.
* Work closely with the Bid Team throughout tender and bid production processes.
* Collaborate with the Scoping Team to understand scope, prerequisites, and dependencies for each project.
* Coordinate with Project Delivery teams to ensure work is planned and executed on time, within budget, and to specification.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong track record in strategic relationship management, ideally within the cybersecurity sector, managing multiple clients and competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
* A proactive self‑starter who can take full ownership of contracts from the point of award and work independently or collaboratively.
* Relevant qualifications in business management, cybersecurity, project management, or related fields (desirable).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience using CRM platforms and a good understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
* Right to work in the UK, and currently hold or the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3 clearance.
