We are partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth property business operating in the HMO sector to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a key hire within a scaling, multi-entity group and offers strong progression potential as the business continues its expansion.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and play a pivotal role in building scalable financial processes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
* Group consolidations and supporting schedules
* Variance analysis and performance reporting
* Overseeing bookkeeping and credit control
* Supporting audit and statutory accounts preparation
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Ad hoc commercial and financial analysis
Key Requirements
* (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* 3+ years post-qualification experience
* Strong month-end and management accounts experience
* Multi-entity consolidation experience
* Experience in a high-growth, start-up or scale-up environment preferred
* Strong Excel skills and finance systems proficiency (Xero desirable)
* A hands-on, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach
