What will I do?
12. Owning your section, you will prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard
13. Work closely with the front of house team to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience
14. Keep up to date with the latest trends and using your innovative ideas to create and produce weekly specials on the menu
15. Support and mentor any commis/apprentice chefs working alongside you in the team
16. Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean & sanitised, before/during/after shifts

20. Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, at a similar level with appropriate qualifications to support
21. Can demonstrate a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
22. Able to work on own initiative as well as working within a team
23. Due to the nature of the role and the industry, flexibility is required to working hours as weekend and evening work will be required
