The venue blends relaxed dining with regular social and sporting events. You will cook fresh, seasonal dishes for members and guests in a friendly, community:focused setting.
What you will do
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
Prepare mise en place across all services
Lead service during quieter periods
Run smaller events independently
Manage general prep, stock rotation, and quality checks
Deliver consistent, high:quality food for members and guests
Typical volume is around 50 covers per day
Busiest periods are Thursday to Sunday, mainly daytime service
About you
Currently a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Strong interest in fresh produce and modern British cooking
Organised and confident in a professional kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and positive
Keen to learn and progress within hospitality
Well suited to chefs early in their career or balancing work with studies
