Our brand-new surgery, located inside one of our stores in the heart of East Grinstead, has been purpose-built to provide not only the highest clinical standards but also a modern, welcoming workspace for our entire team.

What your typical day will look like:
1. Provide exceptional service to clients and the highest standard of care to their pets, acting as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
2. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team to ensure a positive experience at every visit.
3. Deliver outstanding client service throughout each interaction, ensuring clients feel valued, informed, and confident in the care their pets receive
4. Greet clients warmly, offer support and guidance, process payments accurately, and efficiently manage future bookings.
5. Coordinate the smooth running of daily practice operations using our online booking system, demonstrating strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week.
The attributes required:
6. Previous experience in the veterinary industry or a customer care role is preferred.
7. Act as the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets upon arrival at the practice.
8. Provide clear guidance and support by maintaining a thorough knowledge of all practice services and additional offerings.
9. Demonstrate a calm, attentive approach, consistently focusing on clients’ needs and providing reassurance when required.
10. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service and pet care.
11. Handle a variety of situations with professionalism and empathy—from comforting clients during difficult moments to sharing in the joy of a pet’s first visit.
12. Contribute to a warm, supportive, and team-oriented environment, helping to create a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
