Salary: £40,766 - £52,288 + SEN Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a clear, ambitious vision for SEND and pastoral provision
* Lead the creation and implementation of the SEND and Inclusion Development Plan, aligning it with the broader school improvement plan
* Provide leadership and direction in supporting meeting the needs of children with SEND.
* Contribute to the work of other teams to secure high quality teaching and improved standards of learning and achievement for all pupils across the school
* Manage a team of support staff, providing direction, accountability, and CPD opportunities
* Evidence of ongoing professional development; attendance on courses, INSET, action research, personal study etc. with clear impact indicators
* Organise regular support staff meetings and oversee the communication and coordination of agendas and minutes
* Clear knowledge and experience in all issues relating to the safeguarding of children
Requirements:
* Experience of successful leadership and management within a school
* Qulified Teacher Status or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Should have Right to work in the UK.
* Experience of using data and data analysis to drive up standards
* Clear knowledge and experience in all issues relating to the safeguarding of children
* Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) – or willingness to apply.
