Your new role
This is an interim full-time role based on-site. Flexible working is not allowed.
This includes but is not limited to;
1. Purchase Ledger Clerk, posting purchase invoices onto the ledger and reconciling statements.
2. Arranging payments to suppliers and dealing with queries.
3. Processing payrolls and liaising with the payroll bureau.
4. Acting as a sales invoice clerk to produce all invoices with other team members.
5. Help maintain cash flow models for both businesses.
6. Helping with credit control and chasing outstanding debts.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working on P/L and S/L and payroll and a working knowledge of Xero accounting systems is essential. You must have a good attention to detail and a hands-on approach. A positive can-do attitude is essential.
