Responsibilities
:
1. Lead and manage key tax-related projects in collaboration with employee tax advisory, payroll, and operational partners.
2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effectiveernance and accountability.
3. Develop and maintain the EMEA Employment Tax Program pipeline, addressing new applications, modifications, and dmissioning of outdated practices.
4. Coordinate monthlyernance forums on EMEA tax matters and provide updates to management.
5. Act as the key liaison between HR functions, tax advisory, and vendors to ensure taxpliance.
6. Partner with stakeholders tomunicate local taxation advice and ensurepliance.
7. Create and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring audit-ready processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
8. Strong initiative and problem-solving skills; self-starter with the ability to understandplex issues.
9. Experience in driving large-scale change agendas with a strong risk and control mindset.
10. Background in HR operations (, payroll) and project management, with the ability to engage multiple management layers.
11. Knowledge of employment tax across EMEA.
12. Relevant experience in professional services, financial services, tax or accounting firms, or human resources.
