Description
* Process supplier invoices and receipts promptly to support accurate month-end closure.
* Maintain daily bank transaction entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
* Assist with credit control by monitoring customer credit limits and following up on outstanding invoices.
* Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and support budget holders with analysis and reporting.
* Perform monthly reconciliations for prepayments, deposits, VAT, and accruals to ensure accurate financial records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and verify supplier details for compliance.
* Generate financial reports and analysis using Excel and Netsuite to support decision-making.
Profile
* Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Netsuite or similar).
* Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to support budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
