About the Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
* Lead and support the delivery of Highways and Drainage design projects.
* Mentor and guide graduate engineers and technicians across multiple office locations.
* Manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring deliverables meet technical standards and client expectations.
* Collaborate closely with Directors to support business development, improve design quality, and maintain operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
About You
You are a Chartered Engineer (CIWEM, ICE or CIHT) with:
1. A minimum of five years' experience in Highways and Drainage design.
