Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa - one at each Center Parcs location - is uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest product houses including Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA. Reporting to the Aqua Sana Forest Spa Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and building standards, adhering to all health and safety guidelines as set out by the company. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training and managing your team to provide an outstanding spa experience. You will oversee all front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a consistent high level of service is delivered to our guests throughout their experience. This involves managing the daily operation, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service standards and monitoring guest experience metrics to take appropriate action. Additionally, you will manage retail operations, including stock control, promotions, and staff training, working towards achieving sales targets. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall between 6am and 10pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
* Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
* Experience of financial controls and people management
* Previous retail management experience
* Friendly and genuine towards guests and colleagues
* Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
Desirable Requirements
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Previous experience with spa / leisure booking systems
