Working onsite Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, The post holder will be a HR generalist, providing advice and support across all HR responsibilities.
Main Duties
* Implement HR procedures whilst supporting site management team in issues including disciplinary and grievance, absence management, recruitment and retention, ethical standards and employee welfare.
* Administration of HR forms including return to works, sick notes, change of details etc.
* Maintenance of HR systems, including SuccessFactors and ZOHO.
* Assistance with HR projects.
* Assisting in internal and external audits.
* Assist with implementing HR Strategies, ensuring sound understanding across site via various methods of communication.
* Manage local employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
* Act as trusted advisor to the SMT on all people and development issues.
* Liaise with site-based Agency Labour Provider to ensure continued compliance of processes and legislation.
* Implement site Modern Slavery processes and reporting.
* Attend and participate in site Weekly Improvement Meetings, ensuring logs, actions and projects are up to date.
