Duties and responsibilities related to the Commis Baker role
Understand and efficiently operate bakery machinery and equipment.
Consistently produce baked goods that meet the hotels high-quality standards.
A dhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring proper stock rotation is in place.
Performing tasks as directed by senior Bakers, such as the Head Baker, to help in preparation.
Help to receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies.
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth bakery operations .
Abou t you
You have a genuine interest in culinary operations and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn while actively supporting the kitchen team. You possess a foundational understanding of food preparation techniques and are committed to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexibility is important, as some shifts may start as early as 4:00 AM. This role requires a dynamic combination of creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
