We are seeking a Senior experienced building services maintenance engineer to operate on a mobile basis on a blue-chip client contract. Working within an established team covering the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial office and retail environments. Working for a large building services maintenance provider that can offer job security and career progression within a modern working environment. Multi-Skilled engineers with the hands-on experience of at least two disciplines, such as heating, plumbing, air conditioning or electrical. Engineers must be proficient in both M&E trades and must hold a minimum of City & Guilds trade certificates or similar. The role is hands-on, and you will primarily be carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance and well as statutory compliance checks. Engineers applying must also have a minimum of 5 years HVAC maintenance experience and to have previously worked on Single & three-phase power, lighting, heating systems, air conditioning, AHU’s, fan coil units, BMS operation, etc.
