We are looking for aMarketing Executive to join our Marketingdepartment. This role will be dedicated to The Harborne Hospital.
The Harborne Hospitalis a brand-new £100 million, purpose-built private hospitallocatedon the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus. We bring together leading consultants, innovative medical technologies and state-of-the-art facilities to deliver full clinical pathways across a wide range of specialties from orthopaedics and cardiology to specialist cancer care.
You’llwork across B2C and B2B activity including content production, social media, digital, PR, print and events -collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive patient, referrer andclient engagement,acquisitionand retention.
Working closely with senior leaders,you’llgain experience in diverse marketing channels and the healthcare sector, all within a collaborative, fast-paced team that values learning, growth, and making a real impact.

What You'll Do
* Support delivery of marketing projects and campaigns across digital, print,PRand events.
* Coordinate production of marketing materials (brochures, emails, newsletters, promotional content).
* Manage and update websiteand onlinecontent, landing pages, blogsin line withSEO best practice.
* Develop and brief creative and studio teams to develop marketing assets.
* Consider and enhance the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints – aligned to brand guidelines and industry best practice.
* Attend meetings to provide marketing updates and understand service line requirements.
* Act as project runner for shoots,eventsand key activities.
* Track campaign performance, monitor KPIsand report insights.
* Prepare marketing reports forstakeholders.
* Collaborate across the marketing team and proactively seek learning opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Previous B2B and B2C marketing experience
* Previousexperience in healthcare and/or financial service sectors is desirable
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
