About the Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our school-aged immunisation service.
You will be responsible for supporting the team to provide high-quality care and support to students and families, and will work closely with schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to promote and facilitate collaborative working.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Service Delivery:
* Support the team to deliver high-quality care and support to students and families.
* Travel to schools and clinics using own vehicle (mileage paid).
* Collection and delivery of vaccines, equipment, and materials following cold chain guidelines.
* Return of unused vaccines, equipment, and paperwork after vaccination sessions.
